Menstrual Cycle Irregularities

  • PMS?
  • Heavy bleeding?
  • No menstruation?
  • Cranky, moody, depressed?
  • Bloated?
  • Cramps or back pain before or during menstruation?

These are all signs that you’ve got menstrual cycle irregularities. Are these normal? No!

Are you going to live with these for the rest of your reproductive life if you come and see me?

A woman should be able to pass through all the phases of her menstrual cycle from beginning to end and no one should be able to tell where she is in her cycle. Yes, you’re going to feel more vulnerable during menstrual days, a surge of sexual desire during ovulation, the need for quiet and rest after ovulation, and possibly a little nesting and spring cleaning instinct near the end of an occasional month’s cycle. However, you should never feel bloated, cranky and in pain when your cycle is healthy.

Severe premenstrual symptoms: Heavy bleeding, menstrual cramps, irregular menstruation, endometriosis, fibroids and other menstrual cycle difficulties are all signs that your body needs help.

Hormone imbalance: Nutritional deficiencies, drugs (synthetic hormones, painkillers, nicotine) that deplete body nutrients, allergies, immunological problems and other influences can play a part in menstrual cycle symptoms and affect your reproductive and overall health.

The Justisse Method of charting provides a diagnostic tool that gives you valuable information about what, when and how all your systems, hormones and processes are taking place in your body, revealing how efficiently and effectively your body systems are working. Through the method of charting we can identify the whole problem and find a solution that will address the problem, thereby reducing your symptoms.
