Who I am & What I do

I raced Joberg2C in 2016. I finished 3rd in the women’s solo category. Nine days, 900km and breastfeeding my 16month old. Charting my cycle enabled me to train according to my menstrual cycle, listen to my body and perform at my peak.

I am an athlete

When I was ready for a baby we used the Justisse Method to fall pregnant. Charting my cycle has enabled me to listen to my body, listen to my daughter and make sure I only put the best in both our bodies.

I am a wife & mother

I am currently the only Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner in Africa. My mission is to empower and educate women about their reproductive health, with a special focus on fertility awareness, assisting with reproductive health problems and natural birth control.

My Mission

What to expect

Your first consultation will be between 1.5 – 2 hours long. In this session I will get to know you and I will teach you the method of charting.  As part of this session you will receive the books and equipment you need to get started.

Follow-up sessions are scheduled for three to four weeks after your initial consultation so that you can put the method into practice. I provide support via SMS/email in between sessions.

I recommend at least four follow-up sessions at one-month intervals to ensure effective use of the method and to assist you in making any lifestyle changes that may be required. These follow-up sessions help to improve your confidence in using this method and remain focused on meeting your goals.

COSTS

To learn the method of charting it is highly advised that you have at least four follow-up sessions so that all the information you need, no matter what reproductive stage you are at, can be provided. Gaining true confidence with the method and your body requires time, and this is generally achieved over a four month period.

I have two payment options:

The package deal:
(which includes the intro session of 2 hours) and 3 x 60min follow up appointments. The package deal will also include all the material to start charting, this is a once off payment of R2 600

You can also pay per consultation.
Please note this option is more expensive:
The Introduction session of 2 hours and all the material to start charting is R1 400, each 1 hour follow up session is R500.

Consultations:

I take appointments Monday – Friday by appointment only.
Please feel free to e-mail or phone to make an appointment – whatever is easiest for you.
Consults can be in person at my practice at 37 Lily Avenue, Northcliff, Johannesburg or if you live outside the Johannesburg area I do consultations via Skype.
